As the nation’s health care system has become increasingly complex, access to and administration of quality care has become more difficult, more expensive and more problematic for patients and medical providers alike.

That's why, way back in 1976, a group of local physicians joined together to create a more resourceful, community-based solution: Lane Individual Practice Association (Lipa), a managed care organization contracted with the state to provide quality medical assistance to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) clients.

We've grown since then, working in partnership with local physicians, professional providers and other community resources to develop innovative solutions to our ever-evolving healthcare environment. But we remain dedicated to ensuring convenient, affordable access to high-quality medical care for everyone in our growing community.
