Lipa providers, vendors, staff and patients have the right to report concerns and complaints about Lipa. A hotline is available for making such complaints. No Lipa board member, shareholder, officer, director, staff person, subcontractor or participating provider may take any action against any participating provider, vendor, staff person or patient (including a patient's representative or caregiver) for using the hotline or filing a complaint by other means.
